Welcome to VyaparLens (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency regarding how your data is handled. VyaparLens is built with an "offline-first" approach; your creative work belongs entirely to you.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

• Local Profile Information: When you fill out your business profile, details such as your Full Name, Shop Name, Shop Address, Phone Number, and Profile Image are stored locally in your device's memory via secure preferences. We use this data strictly to auto-populate your promotional materials and Digital Visiting Cards.
• Images and Camera Data: When you use the App's background removal tool, your images are processed on your device. VyaparLens does not upload your original inventory or product photos to remote servers for background stripping.
• Subscription and Payment Data: We use RevenueCat to manage premium subscriptions. While the processing is entirely secure, transaction histories and payment states are linked to an anonymized user token via Google Play Services / Apple App Store API. We do not store credit card details.

2. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure

To keep the App secure and deliver live templates, we integrate with a select few trusted industry leaders:

• Firebase Core & App Check: Used to verify that App instances are genuine and protect backend APIs against abuse using Google Play Integrity.
• Firebase Crashlytics: To monitor App health and instantly track runtime exceptions or fatal application errors so we can patch them immediately. This data is fully anonymized.

3. Data Storage, Retention, and Local Cache Cleaning

• Automatic Cache Expiry: To save space on your device, our local temporary directory silently sweeps and permanently removes cached asset images that are older than 24 hours.
• Local Projects: Saved posters and user drafts remain in your application's private document path until manually deleted.

4. User Rights and Complete Data Erasure

We respect your sovereignty over your data.

• Account & Data Deletion: You can trigger a full, permanent deletion of your profile, saved drafts, and cached history directly from the App's Settings Screen via the "Delete Account" function. This action clears all local device spaces cleanly.
