Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the VyaparLens mobile application. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound legally by these terms.

1. Use License & Intellectual Property

• Template Customization: VyaparLens grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our design templates to generate marketing posters for your commercial enterprise.
• Ownership of Output: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership over the finished media banners, graphics, and text compositions you export, provided they do not infringe upon third-party rights.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the raw underlying asset packages, visual components, or software source code of VyaparLens.

2. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Fair Use

• Free Plan: Provides access to generic layout tools and standardized templates. Free exports will contain a mandatory platform watermark. Removing or altering this watermark through unauthorized external editing software is a violation of these Terms.
• PRO Subscription Plans: Billed on recurring monthly, quarterly, or annual intervals through Google Play Store or Apple App Store handles. PRO status unlocks advanced typography controls, specialized pricing tag layers, and raw high-resolution output buffers without platform watermarks.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Subscriptions may be managed or cancelled at any moment through your App Store settings page. Refunds are subject strictly to the respective platform guidelines.

3. Watermarks & Visual Output Compliance

• Watermark Alteration: Free-tier users must acknowledge that the exported imagery contains proprietary tracking marks. Attempting to crop out or scrub away platform identity banners programmatically is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability Boundaries

VyaparLens provides its templates, AI cropping workflows, and layout structures on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" baseline.

While we utilize advanced failover mirror servers to maximize library availability, we do not warrant that asset loading will remain uninterrupted during instances of severe carrier network issues or localized offline operations.

5. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our application ecosystem immediately, without prior notification or liability, for any breach of these contractual terms. You may also terminate your arrangement with us by utilizing the explicit "Delete Account" toolkit inside your client dashboard.
